The CompanyOur client is a Singapore based company carrying an internationally recognised brand and is fast expanding in the region.
To assist the General Manager in all aspects of the hotel operation and to ensure that the hotel’s staff can deliver the best service to the guest. Monitor, control and implement procedures as detailed in the hotel policies and procedures manual.
Follow up on all decisions made by the G.M. and the Executive Committee for successful implementation. Interact with clients, guests, government officials, suppliers, and other important individual in the community in promoting the hotel.
1.Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or relevant discipline
2.Minimum of 10 years in hotel management experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a cluster setting
3.Knowledgeable and proven achievement in key hotel operations
4.Have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
5.Have a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel
6.Posses professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience as a FOM or RDM preferred
