A Leading & International Tourism company is looking to identify a dedicated and supportive Call Center Supervisor to join their growing team in Hong Kong.
- Deliver a consistent and best-in-class customer services to customers through effective management of day-to-day operations of contact centre
- Provide support to revenue generation programs or system enhancements initiatives
- Ensure smooth operation of the team and initiate improvement to enhance customer services to both internal and external customers, and identify operational issues and suggesting possible improvements.
- Passionate about the Travel sector.
- Call center, customer service, or supervisory experience may be required.
- Proficiency with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of company products, policies, and services.
