About the Role
• Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
• Responsible for the development and achievement of sales and closure of deals followed up after pitching.
• Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
• Prepare proposing pitches and reports for key accounts/acquiring new accounts.
• Coordinating with project team, creative team and clients for project development, execute and ensure quality work is delivered within the stipulated timeline.

• Reports directly to CEO
• Previous experience in Account Management or Territory Sales in Advertising field/domain.
• Will be responsible for digital projects business developments
• Experience of managing major accounts at high level within advertising agency with digital/mobile marketing knowledge preferred.
• Highly self-motivated, ability to work under tight deadlines and independently
• Degree holder in relevant field with proven experience will be preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skill and good team player.
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese. Mandarin will be a plus
• Should be well versed with Microsoft office functions
