Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our client's team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales of our IT solutions, including guest Internet solutions, IPTV, and casting solutions, to 4 and 5-star international hotels across Vietnam. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the growth of our business in the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, secure, and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing hotel partners in Vietnam.

  • Deliver compelling presentations of our solutions and services through onsite and online meetings.

  • Maintain and secure renewals for existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

  • Proactively develop and follow up on sales leads and prospects to expand the customer base.

  • Address client requests and resolve service issues or inquiries promptly and effectively.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs and expectations are met.

  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and understand customer requirements.

  • Consistently achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets set by the management team.

  • Report directly to the Vice President of Global Sales.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with proven experience in business development and sales roles.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in IT sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Willingness to travel for business trips and stay overnight when necessary.

  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.

Day-to-Day
  • Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored IT solutions.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client requirements and deliver seamless service.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

  • Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance and market insights to the management team.
