Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our client's team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales of our IT solutions, including guest Internet solutions, IPTV, and casting solutions, to 4 and 5-star international hotels across Vietnam. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the growth of our business in the hospitality sector.
Responsibilities
Identify, secure, and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing hotel partners in Vietnam.
Deliver compelling presentations of our solutions and services through onsite and online meetings.
Maintain and secure renewals for existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Proactively develop and follow up on sales leads and prospects to expand the customer base.
Address client requests and resolve service issues or inquiries promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs and expectations are met.
Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and understand customer requirements.
Consistently achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets set by the management team.
Report directly to the Vice President of Global Sales.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with proven experience in business development and sales roles.
3 to 5 years of experience in IT sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Willingness to travel for business trips and stay overnight when necessary.
Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
Day-to-Day
Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored IT solutions.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client requirements and deliver seamless service.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance and market insights to the management team.
