The Role

Be the Sales Guru

  • Generate leads and drive sales to ensure full member occupancy across locations

  • Run the entire sales process from qualification to close: this includes prospecting, outreaching, and generating leads, and also pitching, touring, negotiating, and closing sales.

  • Your time would be spent prospecting via working with brokers, cold calling, social media/online outreach, networking events, while simultaneously managing inbound leads and existing pipeline.

  • Execution of strategic sales plans to maximise business opportunities and achieve sustainable growth and success

  • Work closely with Member Relations team to optimise member onboarding and experience.

  • Work with trackers and automation platforms to efficiently input and track data

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts of opportunities to ensure achievement of sales targets

  • Develop, articulate, and deliver complex concepts, business solutions, and sales presentations.

  • Add anything about upselling existing memberships

  • Handle renewal discussions

The Person

Play a part in creating the Community

  • Be a brand ambassador who can effectively communicate the brand and ethos to ensure a highest conversion rate and member satisfaction.

  • Interact with potential members and partners like brokers on a regular basis

  • Forging new relationships with like-minded business and community organizations, as well as industry thought leaders

  • Attend relevant networking events to build database of potential clients and partners

  • Build the strong pipeline or waitlist of potentials for current and future locations

  • Be part of a cohesive TGR team that works to support one another and achieve team goals
