The Role

Assist with market’s account’s management, operations, and business development support to existing and new agents following the company SLA. An inside sale will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious agent’s acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making and receiving dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

This is a hands-on role which includes sales and operations functions for the APAC market.

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails communications in the respective market
  • Understand customer needs and requirements; answer customer questions; create plans to address clients’ business needs, help to create bookings with all products to assure engagement
  • Gain opportunities for sales executives for further development and closure, working hand in hand with the sales team to support agents and close deals/bookings.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects - coordination with BDM Italy
  • Team with sales executives to build pipeline and close deals when local support needed the most
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects; explain product features
  • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
  • Advise clients on creating profitable processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, finance, ops, offline, revenue) to address customers’ needs
  • Ensuring timely resolutions for the escalations from the customer service team based in HO and other regions.
  • Ensuring timely resolutions for the escalations from the agents within your region.
  • Lost agents monthly report to be sent by pre settled deadline to BDM & Commercial Director.

  • Well embedded in the hospitality supply chain market
  • Account servicing experience B2B
  • Excellent presentation abilities
  • Articulate and comes with strong negotiation and sales abilities
  • Proven sales track records with measurable results
  • A strong team player
  • Able to multitask and comes with good time management skills
  • Driven and hungry for success
  • Comes with strong reporting and analytical skills
