An high end travel company providing luxury customised travel to all parts of the world.
The Role:
Position - Head of Sales / Sales Manager
• Oversee and manage sales team that is located across multiple countries
• Responsible for hitting sales targets
• Lead and inspire a dedicated sales team in converting leads that are brought into the system
• Manage and expand relationships with suppliers and partners
• Oversee and manage rates, margins and pricing with suppliers and partners
• Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction of clients at every step of the booking process, during the trip and upon return.
• Oversee and manage operations team - support group for sales

The Person:
- A leader and sales individual with a proven sales track record.
- Strong interpersonal skills and preferably worked in a multi cultural environment
- Loves travel and has been able to explore many exciting and unique travel places around the world
- Preferably having worked in the travel or related industry
- Fluent English required, Cantonese optional.
