Our client is a family entertainment centre group looking for a Fun and Remarkable Group Digital Marketing Specialist / Manager to execute Digital Guest Strategy across various channels.
Based in their Sydney office and reporting into the Group Chief Customer Officer, this role will execute DigitalMarketing tasks for the Group and support the Australia and New Zealand digital teams. The role also provides support for the company across the countries in which they operate. Medium travel is required
Digital Guest Acquisition
Coordinate and organize external search agency’s work and deliverables
Align country teams’ business priorities with agency’s tasks
Provide clear and timely reporting
Digital Guest Engagement
Support teams on execution of guest engagement strategies
Utilize the Group’s CRM systems and other platforms to enhance guest engagement touchpoints
Manager reports and analysis
Support country teams onboarding and improvements for CMS utilisation
Lead in google analytics implementation
Manage content for their website/email and execute enhancements
Work with group digital on implementation of new platforms
Coordinate content and create training materials as needed

Able to utilise new platforms, processes, and applications to enhance business goals.
Have relevant experience in digital marketing systems and applications such as: CRM, marketing automation, mobile apps, website CMS and other similar systems
Good organization and communication skills with the ability to multi-task and juggle various projects at one time
Resourceful and experience working independently is a plus
