The Company

Our client is a private equity backed, newly formed Group which includes multiple entertainment brands and forms one of the world’s largest Family Entertainment Centre groups operating across 7 countries with over 300 locations.


The Role

Based in Singapore and reporting into the Group Chief Customer Officer, this role will manage and drive the business for the Group. The role will work with country teams to oversee and drive all aspects of the business to achieve Group targets and objectives.

  • Overall revenue and EBITDA targets
  • Campaign targets and ROI
  • Digital – growth of database, members acquisition & database engagement
  • New guests, Repeat guests and Retention of guests
  • Dwell time of guests in venues
  • Driving Average Spend
  • Reviews/VOC/WOM targets

The Person

  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, dynamic, self-starter to drive the business from end-to-end, working with and through teams from different functions and countries
  • Must have an Entrepreneur’s spirit – having experience as one is a plus
  • Must be business-minded but with multi-discipline experience
  • Must be passionate about the guest experience
  • Must be driven to deliver best of class service quality and guest experience to create memorable moments for our guests, on all touch-points, throughout the guest journey.
  • Must believe in partnering with internal and external teams to reach our targets.
  • Must be great with financials involved in running a business.
  • Must have an independent and entrepreneurial spirit to champion business priorities and company objectives
  • Must have relevant experience in various aspects of operations, including relevant technology platforms
  • Must have good organization and communication skills
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and juggle various projects at one time
  • Experience in retail operations or kids enrichment/edutainment centres is a plus
