The Company

Our client is a private equity backed, newly formed Group which includes multiple entertainment brands and forms one of the world’s largest Family Entertainment Centre groups operating across 7 countries with over 300 locations.


The Role

Group Digital Marketing Manager will execute and implement the Digital Guest Strategy across 7 countries and over 300 locations. Based in Singapore and reporting into the Group Head of Digital Marketing, this role will manage and drive Digital Marketing strategies for the Group. The role provides support for online channels for all 4 brands, across the countries in which they operate.

Search Strategy

  • Execute Search (SEO,SEM) strategy for the Group
  • Project manage external agencies to meet objectives and deliverables
  • Qualify all search actions and initiatives to align with targets
  • Monitor performance regularly
  • Provide training on strategy and work scope
  • Create dashboards and presentation on performance with learnings and observations for improvement
  • Review and qualify new agency proposals as necessary

Paid Digital Media

  • Coordinate local team’s paid media requirements to create agency scope
  • Manage campaigns
  • Review and optimize
  • Present results, ROI and future optimisation

CRM Campaigns

  • Manage group campaign calendar
  • Analyse performance to provide insights
  • Monitor KPIs and set targets for local teams

Others

  • Work with Group Digital team on Group strategy and initiatives
  • Work with CRM manager to effectively execute local team’s CRM needs
  • Manage website content together with webmaster

The Person

  • Experience and knowledge of SEO, SEM and paid media campaigns
  • Experience in using a CRM platform
  • Experience in using a Website CMS to update content
  • Must be able to calculate ROI from digital campaigns
  • Have worked with teams from different function, or countries, is a plus
  • Be able to work independently
  • Be able to train and coach teams.
  • Must have good organization and communication skills
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and juggle various projects at one time
